Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds
As a general policy, we will not be able to process any refunds or exchanges once an order has been finalized and paid for.

However, if you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at hello@thebravecompany.sg, and we will do our best to promptly assist you. Refunds will be made at the discretion of The Brave Company, and will be processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges
We understand that it can sometimes be hard picking out the perfect fit. We therefore allow size changes for apparel within 7 business days of your purchase. We will facilitate exchanges only for items that are unused, with the original tags/label attached. Please contact us as hello@thebravecompany.sg, to arrange for this.

Kindly note that these exchanges have to be made in person at The Brave Company. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to proceed with the exchange.

*please note that we will not allow exchanges for intimates. E.g. underwear, bras.
